A business expense has to be ordinary (normal for your line of work) and necessary (helpful and appropriate for it). That's a broad standard, and most of what creators spend money on clears it comfortably. The problems come from three specific places.

• Одежда. The rule isn't "did I wear it for work" — it's whether the item is unsuitable for everyday wear. Платье, которое ты тоже износишь, не является, если честно, ты купил его для съемки.

Занижение в оплате обычно хуже, чем завышение суммы.

Вычет, который вы не можете доказать, это вычет, который вы проиграете, если кто-либо спросит. Получение, дата, сумма и однолинейная нота о бизнес-цели. "Амзон 340" - это проблема; "защита от 14 марта" - нет.
