Refund policy
If keep.fans isn't useful to you, we don't want your money. Here's exactly how that works, in plain language.
30 days, no argument
Ask for a refund within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to justify it. Email hello@keep.fans or use the contact form with the email address on the account.
Cancelling and refunding are different things
Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off the moment you cancel. A refund returns money already taken. You can do either, or both.
Annual plans
Same 30 days for a full refund. After that, tell us and we'll refund the unused whole months. You shouldn't be paying for eleven months you're not going to use because you changed your mind in month two.
You keep your data either way
A refund doesn't wipe your account. Export everything whenever you like — it's your income history and it should follow you. If you'd rather we deleted it, you can do that yourself too, and it's permanent.
Charged by mistake?
A renewal you forgot about, a duplicate charge, a card you meant to cancel — just tell us. We'd rather refund it than have you dispute it with your bank, which costs us both more and takes far longer for you.
How long it takes
We process refunds within two business days. Your bank then takes its own time — usually 5–10 business days for the money to actually appear. That second part is out of our hands, and if it's been longer than that, chase us and we'll chase them.
The one limit
We may decline repeated refunds on the same account where the pattern is clearly deliberate — subscribing, exporting, refunding, repeating. It has to be said somewhere, but it isn't aimed at you: if you're reading a refund policy this carefully, you're not the person it's for.
Nothing here limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have where you live. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
