Free agency contract review
Paste a management contract and we'll go through it clause by clause against 18 patterns that reliably cost creators money or control. No account, no card, and we don't store what you paste.
What we look for
7 of these are deal-breakers — clauses that can cost you your account, your content, or money you've already earned.
Why this exists
Search for advice on creator management contracts and most of what comes back is published by agencies. They are not going to tell you that a 50% commission needs to nearly double your income before you break even, or that a credential-transfer clause hands over your entire business.
We have no agency to protect. This checker exists inside our paid product anyway, so there's no reason to put it behind a signup wall — the people who most need it are the ones least likely to hand over an email address to a company they've never heard of.
How it works
A language model reads the contract and finds and quotes the relevant clauses. It does not decide how serious they are — a fixed, versioned rule pack does that, so the same clause always gets the same verdict and a model update can't silently change what we tell people. You see the exact text that triggered every flag, so you can judge it yourself.
