One price. However much you make.

We don't charge per platform, per creator, or per dollar you earn. You keep 100% of your income — that is rather the point.

Why is everything else priced per creator?

Because you aren't the customer. The established tools in this space are sold to agencies managing several creators, so they charge per creator per month — and at least one takes a share of sales on top of that.

What it costsPricedBuilt for
keep.fans — $19/month flat Per person You
Agency CRM A — around $40/month Per creator profile Agencies staffing chatters
Agency CRM B — around $15–99/month plus a percentage of sales Per account + revenue share Agencies automating messages
Agency CRM C — around $95/month Per creator Agencies, by their own description
Generic accounting software — around $15/month Per person Everyone, so nobody in particular

Competitor pricing as published July 2026 and liable to change — check before relying on it. Named descriptively rather than by brand because the point is the pricing model, not any individual company. Generic accounting tools are perfectly good software; they simply have no concept of a platform cut, an agency cut, or a chargeback.

About the money

No, and we never will. It's the whole reason this exists. A tool that takes a cut of your income has an interest in your gross going up, not your take-home — those are different things, and the gap between them is exactly what we're built to show you.

Cancel and come back whenever. Your data stays put while you're away, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for rather than cutting you off that day. If money is genuinely tight and the tax features would help you dig out, write to us — we'd rather have you using it.

For most self-employed creators, software and bookkeeping costs used for the business are deductible — and there's a category for it in the app. Your accountant is the one to confirm it for your situation.

A neutral software descriptor — nothing about creators or platforms. Same thinking as discreet mode: your bookkeeping tool shouldn't out you to anyone reading your statement.

Yes — see the refund policy. Short version: if it isn't useful, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it. We'd rather give the money back than hold someone to a tool they don't want.

No. The free tier needs no card, and that includes a complete contract review — the report, the flagged clauses and the redline letter. If that alone saves you from signing something bad, it has already done its job.
