If the money never touches your account first, you are trusting them completely and you cannot verify anything. Late payments, silent deductions and outright non-payment all become possible, and your only remedy is a lawsuit. Money should go from the platform to you.

Platform pays you directly. You pay the agency its commission on an agreed schedule against an invoice.

All revenue shall be paid directly to Creator's own account. Creator shall remit Agency's commission within fifteen (15) days of receipt against a written invoice.
