A post-term non-compete can stop you working in your own profession. Enforceability varies by jurisdiction, but a clause you have to litigate to escape is still a clause that controls you in practice.
هڪ سٺو ورزن ڪيئن نظر اچي ٿو
No post-term restrictions. Exclusivity, if any, ends with the contract.
