How long you are committed for.
ڇالاءِ ته اهو توکي ڏکوئي ٿو
A long term removes your only real leverage — the ability to leave. If the agency underperforms in month two, you have the rest of the term to endure it. Multi-year lock-ins are how creators end up trapped with agencies they hate.
هڪ سٺو ورزن ڪيئن نظر اچي ٿو
12 months maximum, ideally with a 30-day no-fault exit for both sides.
لفظ جيڪي توهان موٽائي موڪلي سگهو ٿا
The initial term shall be twelve (12) months. Either party may terminate at any time on thirty (30) days written notice without penalty.
